I'm in Westchester as well.  Taconic Rangers have had somewhere around 10 D1 commits each of the last two years.  I think they have pretty much picked their showcase team for next summer though.  I believe they have indoor workouts every Sunday at Kennedy Catholic in Somers with local college coaches in attendance.

I would also check East Coast Clippers.  They just posted yesterday about their offseason program and they have not selected their team yet (based on that post).  The details are there so you can read rather than me review here.  Several of my 2016s friends player for them this past season and had positive things to say.

NYSwarm.  Looks like they had several college commits this year.  They have teams in every age group so most likely have players moving up.  I spoke with their 17u showcase team coach prior to the fall season and liked what he had to say.

Goose's Gamers.  Made up of NY and CT players and has been very good the last couple of seasons.  "Goose" is connected with the CT Sportsplex so lots of tournaments there this fall, not sure what it was like over the summer.

You will need to act pretty quickly if you want a spot on one of the better teams.  There are so many now I'm sure I'm missing some.  NY Nine also had a few D1 commits the last couple of years.  Send me a PM if you have questions.

Hey guys for any of you that live in Westchester and are looking for off-season baseball training we offer some great programs at ML strength in White Plains. We specialize in baseball players and put them through an MLB evaluation to make sure that they don't get hurt. Would love to get you guys in there for our evaluation on the house. If you are interested please let me know at dcavalea@mlstrength.com

I am the NYS Director of the East Coast Clippers.  While all the programs mentioned are quality we do not select our teams until we host our winter showcase clinics.  The clinics invite college coaches from the area and across the eastern seaboard to evaluate and work with the players attending.  We take their efforts and with our own scouting staff select our teams and showcase them throughout the summer.

I live in Westchester County, NY and am very close to the CT border, so teams there are also an option. Anyone know of good teams in these areas to look for a tryout?

NYCT Baseball:  Son plays in college with three players from your area- 2 played with Taconic Rangers and one with Westchester Academy.

In CT- Bobby Valentine's (former MLB player, Mets Manager now Sacred Heart Univ AD) academy out of Stamford is probably the best with regards to distance from you. Connecticut Blue Jays has a few locations and the CT Bombers have had competitive teams as well. The strongest teams with the best players by far on those towns that border you (Greenwich and Stamford) are American Legion teams, which require residency however.
