Can anyone please help with info on how I would create a survey?
I give up trying to figure it out!!!!

No clue. I already shared more than I actually know. 
Presume you could do one on survey monkey then post the link then post results.
Next to the forum tab there is a survey tab. Try posting there. Let me know if you need more detail.
EDIT: that displays the surveys. So it is possible, but that is not where you start.
Looks like that feature has been turned off. Maybe the admins can restore it for you.

I have a pretty good sense of humor, but find the above unnecessary. You know it really doesn't bother me if someone dislikes me, my purpose here is to help others and I tell it like it is. I wish someone had given me the same advice when I thought my young pitcher was all that and more. I have learned a lot through sons experiences, good ones and bad ones.

It was turned on at one time. Here is an example by Soylent Green.

A friend of mine told me he felt that your post was a compliment. If that the intention, I apologize.
However, as you can see it does give others an opportunity to look like a complete jerk.

I was about to reply exactly that. It was a compliment. I also feel the same way. You have a lot to offer. I didn't always feel that way.

Lion, you gotta admit you walked into that one. 
I posted the picture in response to the "survey monkey" post but as I tell people, you can call me what you want just don't call me late for dinner. ;o)
I just spent a few minutes mucking around with SurveyMonkey and QuestionPro.
You can create a survey using either one, and embed the code. However, the survey is created in javascript, and this board's posts can be created only in HTML.
The workaround: both services allow you to create a link to the survey that you can post.
