Scouts, just a heads up, went there today to scout a district opponent and had to pay 5 bucks to get in. I guess they needed my $5 to balance the books for today.

Never had to pay before today.

Parents, I feel your pain for the money you have to fork over to get in games these days.

I'm sure your school has some sort of budget to take care of these expenses for coaches?

It was not just scouts they hit, it was everyone. No tournament passes available, meaning that if you had split games, which we did, you paid $20 per parent to see your 4 games.
Just seemed a little on the steep side to watch four pre-season tournament games.

Probably hurt their concessions and t-shirt sales more than anything.

Idle thoughts.
