I say this with complete sincerity: Use a tripod for videotaping your pitching.

The first thing I look for when watching a new pitcher's motion is: Does his head go up-and-down or side-to-side inappropriately as he tracks toward home plate. That is, "does he have balance and posture issues"?

The only reliable way to look for such head movement, which can be a subtle matter of a few inches over the entire stride length, is against a non-moving background that has stationary visual cues in it. Is that understandable?

There is simply no point to use an expensive video camera to record hand-held video that is ultimately intended for a pitching mechanics analysis. You're just going to come out with shaky, unusable junk.
I would prefer to hear some Metallica, or maybe some Tom Petty... With that being said, I am a GNR fan.

Oh, post some video from the side. It looks like your not creating any power with your lower body....Need to see the side video before I can comment accurately.

Now that I'm not dizzy from camera..

I agree with dmax, looks like your cutting yourself short at your power position or balance point. Dont be too quick through that point.

Also looks to me like your lead leg has a lot of circular movement. Think more along the lines of pick it up and put it down as oppossed to pick it up and swing it around..

Might want to also stay off the heal when you land.
You want to stay soft and on more of the inside ball of your foot. The heal thing will create a jarring effect with the arm and that effects your ability to repeat your release point. The softer the land the quieter the arm. Keep working at your game, and good luck with your Soph YR...
As said, you have kind of a circular motion instead of driving forward with your legs. Some people say lead with your front hip or ankle pushing towards the plate if that makes sense. I used to do the same thing and have found that using that kind of whip action makes you a bit inconsistent. Keep workin though and talk to your coaches for help. They seem to be the best people to talk to from my experiences.

Mechanics look pretty good. I would advise trying a slight pause when you lift your front leg to make sure you are balancing your body on your back leg - then driving more off your back leg to get more "lower body" into the pitch... On your off speed stuff, throw it a little more like the fastball mechanics and try a looser grip on the ball.
