I think to just hit and hit and hit is a waste of time and worse yet with no feedback it promotes bad habits that show up at game time. I see many players here in chicago that do not have a plan during the winter, they jus take some live bp from their dad or whoever. I think they would be better off to have a plan for the winter, what do they want to work on strenghts an weaknesses. Do you want more power better offspeed hitting, using all fields, work overload-underload for batspeed, tee-work, flips, video feedback, ect.. It is one of the benefits of living in this cold weather is that you can take your game inside and make definite improvements. jmo
