4 names I would throw in to this.

1.Paul Belo, PLayers Choice Academy Lake in the Hills. Great hitting instructor and anything else with baseball. Dedicated and passionate about evry aspect of the game and coaching. Is the Palatine High School coach and has moved many players to the next level.

2. Glen Pecararo, PLayers Choice Academy. Another passionate baseball coach that also has headed the Prairie Ridge Program for most of the years.

3. Steve Hayward, Strikes. Great hitting instructor and great guy. What everyone else has said about him before me in this discussion.

4. Justin Stone, White Sox Academy. Hitting, infield all around baseball.

After watching these guys over the years I am shocked they have not moved on to different levels. I have also seen them work with players both in and out of there own programs. Great people to hit with and have your son's spend time with and they will help them to the next level whatever that might be.
I haven't been here in awhile because my son has been off at college becoming the Alltime single season hit leader at his school . But the questions are still the same as they were before., and the answer is still the same. North, South, East or West there are a lot of GOOD instructors but NONE are better than Steve Hayward. Like the others have said you will not find a better or more supportive coach anywhere.
