Hitting Instruction

Would appreciate any recommendations for hitting instruction in central Maryland area (Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, Baltimore County areas). Other than a talented teacher, I really am looking for someone who is reliable, responsive and regularly available--I'm frankly tired of scheduling lessons on an ad hoc basis with folks who are constantly traveling or have other commitments that make their schedules a nightmare.
