When you make a skills video should there be more than one perspective for the hitting part? Is just facing the batter ( across the plate) enough ? Or do the coaches need a view from behind the plate and behind the pitcher? Also are in game at bats on the video needed? I don't want the video to get too long , but want to have everything thing a coach needs to see . Thanks

Coach's want behind the plate and facing batter.  In game at bats can be included in separate email at separate time from player.  Two minutes is ideal length for the skills video per a few coach's we talked to.

What age, what level of college are you targeting?  Not that it matters too much, but if targeting top academics I can send you a link for the RC requested in video.  Please PM me if you'd like it.

"Still trying to figure out what level he belongs in."

You're not going to get this information from college recruiters based on a recruiting video. Recruiting video serves a different purpose entirely. Your son's summer coach should know and BE COMPLETELY HONEST WITH YOU about your son's potential to play after HS and at what level. If not, you need to find and instructor or scout in your area that can observe your son and give you feedback.

Eval camps are useful too, but these are highly variable in terms of the quality and character of the feedback.

When you get this done, THEN you make a video and send it out with inquiries to get interest. Not the other way around. I hope this helps.
