Not sure what age group you're dealing with but I've got a good pick off for you if you haven't heard it. Have the pitcher come to a set after the sign and count 1,100, 2,100 up to 4,100. Then he can step off and throw over to first, but not a hard throw. Then he gets back on and gets his sign, but as he's coming up to set his hands have him snap throw over to first using the pick off where both feet move. I got a guy on it alread this year and got a few over the summer.
