What are easy signals to call to SS or 2B to give to tell a pitcher how many looks and when to pick?

Do you still have SS hold runner with LHB and 2B with RHB?

No, just don't always remember the answers. Spring is baseball season so always like to refresh. I have an idea that I like to use but seems a little complicated for high school baseball so gathering other ideas is always useful.
