Holiday camps

First and foremost, I would say "be yourself." Don't try to do too much, just play the game seriously and have fun. The coaches will be able to recognize talent.

Multiple positions? I assume you're probably an infielder...I think most college infielders were SS's on their HS team turned into 2B and 3B in college. Just play your favorite position and let them figure out the rest.

Most will ask for your primary position and that is what you will be asked to demonstrate. They don't have time to let every kid get looks at every position they play.

My son is also an 07 going to camp this week and he has listed OF primary and 3B as secondary position, although he plays SS and P on his HS team. If he is a college prospect, it will most likely be as an OF, so that is what we decided to list first.
