We were looking for info on Holy Cross including baseball program and school/alumni network. (Already did historical search, but any recent news/info would be welcome!)
The College of the Holy Cross has a fabulous alumni network. They 'bleed purple' and will do anything for a fellow alum. My former students there, and alumni I have known, show the same kind of lifelong love for alma mater that I think is comparable to Notre Dame alumni pride.
The Cross is a comparable academically to many better know liberal arts colleges; the education is 1st rate, the opportunities for leadership and service is phenomenal.
I know nothing about the baseball program other than the coach seems very nice, and the stadium is visible from the highway which is fun!
Consider the Central Massachusetts Baseball Showcase at Assumption College August 20 and 21, pick one day or both. $200 each day or $375 combined. Go to the Assumption College Baseball website for more info and the registration form.
Not positive that Holy Cross will be there but they are right next door. Check with the coach on their representation.
Thanks for the update. My son was interested but when we originally learned that it was Aug. 20th, we decided against due to SNHU camp the same day. Good news that there are TWO days and you can attend just one.
