2 out, runner on first. batter hits it outta the park, no doubt. the umpire signals homerun, and the runner that was on first misses home plate. this all happens in the bot of the 7th with the home team down by one. then the runner who hit the homerun comes home. the defense appeals and the runner that missed home is called out. does his run or the run that scored after count?

Neither run counts.

If an appeal of a baserunning infraction is the third out, runs scored by following runners would not count.
