That was a beating.

They won the first half...we won the second half. I'm calling it a draw.

That's good. From where I was raised a draw is a depression between two ridges, usually containing a stream in the bottom. The dictionary defines a draw as a gully more shallow than a ravine.

Actually yesterday's game reminds me more of a chasm...a deep, steep-sided opening in the earth's surface; an abyss or gorge.

Chasm? Draw? Whatever it was, it was ugly!

One team was, one team wasn't!
