KJ42, there's a chance that the decision-makers at various schools didn't see your filled-out questionaire, so if I were you, I would put together a brief athletic profile highlighting your information (name, address, email address, phone numbers, 60 time, height and weight, pop time if you're a catcher, IF, OF, or pitching velocity, any honors you've received, high school and select team, contact names and numbers, etc.). If you compose it in Microsoft Word, you could email the recruiting coordinators of the schools you're interested in and send the athletic profile as an attachment. Or you could send everything by mail. Make sure to send the coaches your playing schedule for spring and summer of both your sophomore and junior years and keep in touch with them from time to time to remind them of your interest.
