A hitter hits a 2 run homerun. The the other team appeals that home plate wasn't touched by the 1st runner not the person who hit the hr. How is that scored?

I'd score the Put out to the closest defender so in this case 2U.
If there were two out when the batter hit the ball the run would not count OBR 7.10(d) references 7.12.
The batter gets a triple in 10.07(d) by extending the definition of batter to include runners.
If there were less than two out then I still got 2U on runner and HR for batter under 7.12.
