There really isn't any mechanism in the scoring system to account for how many bases the batter reaches on a FC.
To me the real question is whether you give him an RBI. You can get credit for an RBI on an FC. So in this case would you give him an RBI for driving himself in?

If you are asking how to account for the runner who scored reaching 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and home, it would be FC to each base. Having said that, since there’s nothing in the rules that I know which says a SB can only take place during the delivery of a pitch, I think a good case could be made for scoring a SB for that runner going to 3rd, and another for him going to the plate.
