Son is currently on a baseball scholarship at a DI school. He has gotten no playing time, in fact very few players have played and yet they have a very large roster. They also have not played anyone that they red-shirted last year. So it would appear that his chances of playing there are pretty poor. How do you go about finding another school to play at if you are not allowed to make contact with other coaches? There must be some way around this. If you ask for a permission to contact letter then are you risking the coach cutting you if you can't find another team? Has anyone delt with this?
