Sorry if this has been covered already. I've been off this site trying to hold everything down.
The initial shock and mourning period is over obviously. My son has been home for a few weeks and he is back into his spring classes remotely like everyone else right now.
His team and he personally was off to a really great start this spring when the season was cut short. The team was unexpectedly at the top of the RPI charts, and holding their own against much stronger competition. My son was looking at a breakout season, and then it was all over before conference play even began.
We've had a couple heart to hearts. He is a pretty quiet kid and doesn't share much. He did talk about how you never know what's going to happen one day to the next. He seems to be making the best of it. Trying to stay healthy. Working out, etc. Looking forward to Summer ball and hoping it comes to pass.
How are your players handing the situation? Everybody good?
