How often do the pros get new gloves??

I was wondering this because it seems lately i have been getting new gloves quicker. I bought a Rawlings heart of the hide last year around June, after having a Nike for 1-2 years. Now its June 5th and my Rawlings is starting to tear just under the web where the crease is between the palm and thumb. and now i am in need of a new one.

Is it normal for me to get a new glove every year?
