A few guys out of a local NAIA school seem pegged to be drafted. How often are NAIA guys taken in the draft? And usually how many?

Not sure about NAIA players, but I know alot more players are "pegged to be drafted" than are actually drafted. 
Last years draft had 39 NAIA players taken with the earliest going in the 8th round.
Lewis-Clark State had the most go with 7 selected.

2009 had 46 drafted with the highest pick in the 5th round.
Lewis and Clark State has had over 100 players drafted in the past 30 years.
You could have a pretty good team by picking from the list...Definitely some quality managers too...

A dad told me his son was "pegged" to go somewhere in the 30's round (30-39). After fifty rounds he was undrafted. He did get a free agent offer a couple of weeks after the draft.quote:Originally posted by Dad04:

And what about kids transferring NAIA to D1? How often and how plausible does that seem? A few of the guys I play with want to do that.
