I'm about to start a throwing program from the Chicago White Sox and it has all the throws and everything, but are you supposed to throw every day or every other day? Thanks

O yea, the link to the program is here.

I'm not on any official program but I throw everyday- taking a day off every week and half or so. Also, I don't build up to 100% everyday. Like 4 times a week I do.

Would it be more beneficial to go 100% everyday?

Obviously if it hurts I would stop, but what is the recommended way by gurus, like Leo Mazzone..

Thanks
5x/week is ideal. Do not do heavy bullpens (mechanical instruction okay) in the "off-season" (late Oct. to early Jan.) unless you have an event or showcase coming up. Work on core 4-5x week, plyometrics 3x week, lifting 3x week, proper diet, cardio 5x week, and consider creatine and whey protein while you're lifting in the offseason.
