How to narrow down camp options

Our 2012 son attended his first camp, HeadFirst Jupiter, Fla November of 2010. Excellent camp for those wanting to get exposure from top academic schools--DI, DII and DIII. Lots of schools, very well run and coaches interact directly with players. Not sure if HeadFirst Jupiter has openings for this years camp, but my opinion is you could not go wrong by attending this camp.

Headfirst Sacramento or Stanford next summer. Then Az Fall Academic game as starters. Fill in some others. Must get your app in to Stanford in January, lottery.

Son has been contacted by Stanford and its camp is one that we'd like to attend because of the large number of coaches who show up. Didn't know it was a lottery. Have been checking the Stanford website regularly to find out when it will be held, but so far no info posted.

Invited to the AZ fall classic, but after much agonizing, decided to pass. Too much school work with AP classes, football and SAT prep course. Yeah, we know the AZ games are a great opportunity for exposure, but that didn't outweigh the other factors. But man, was it a tough decision.

Son attended Stanford this summer and it is outstanding as well. My personal opinion is that if they have contacted your son he has an excellent chance of being chosen in the lottery
