How to score

Even though he ends up on 2nd because of the "ground rule double", I would still score it as a single and an error.

As with most scoring questions, you had to be there....

If..

The runner was past first and heading for second when the outfielder made the error, it could be scored a double, but most likely he was approaching first or slowing down to stop at first and only advanced after the error.

Thanks guys, I did score it a singe with advancement on error. I just though it funny to be called a Ground Rule Double while it was actually a single.

Uhhh....Fix the fence perhaps....sorry couldn't help myself.....
