I see Perfect Game has a 15U showcase. Is a 13 or 14 too young for that? I wouldn't want him to be completely overshadowed by 15s.

PG has started some showcases for pre-hs kids. I think they are only in Ca so far but you can check on that. If you look in this thread discussing travel teams and showcases you might see some interesting comments. Good luck.
honestly i think taking your kid to a perfect game showcase at age 13 or 14 would be a waste of time and money. kids grow so much between ages 13 and 17 you never know whats going to happen. i would wait until at least his sophomore year to hit showcases. just my opinion of course.
Took my group of 14's to PG Underclass in October and Decenmber. I think they held their own....It's a great experience and confidence maker for the next few years.

Take him to some college camps first that are ran like a camp/showcase. less money
That way when he goes to the PG showcases as a sophmore, junior, he will already be a heads up on most players.
Saw a 12yr.old at a UNLV camp/showcase, everybody was pulling for him and he wasn't backing down either, It was fun to watch.
