How'd you get your forum moniker?

Bordeaux is French for burgundy (the color as well as the wine). The Stanford "cardinal" color is really more of a burgundy and I speak French and have a French first name (my parents just HAD to pick something unusual) so it just felt right.

Bordeaux is also what I would like to have a glass of to calm my nerves when S is pitching . Alas, no alcohol allowed at Sunken Diamond.

I coached all ages for 20 years and mulitple teams during the year plus s****r. I was with a friend talking to some people he knew and was introduced as a local coach, and that is where I came up with Lclcoach. Maybe he meant a loco coach that probably fits too.

My first major league game that I saw was the Seattle Pilots. I was 10. My dad and his buddy thought it funny to teach me to heckle the umpire. I was screaming "..hey, you BUM!" the entire game.
