I just try to fix my swing path this morning. I was uppercutting too much before... well here's my swing

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zL1Wsaq__q8

I point my bat more to pitcher ala Ortiz or Sheffield since I feel like it... I do shake it a little too as you can see it in video.

Any flaws? Suggestions? thanks

I don't see that. Your swing looks pretty good to me. What matters though, is what happens when you hit the ball and can you hit the ball solid on a consistent basis.

Does that mean I should change my swing to Charlie Lau-type linear swing (going directly to ball)? Well I don't really have problem with that but since rotational swing is efficient, I use that swing.
It is hard to tell from that video clip. Personally, I don't care for all of the bat movement, but if it helps with your timing and it's comfortable I suppose ok. The most obvious thing I see is when you stride, your head is dropping. This could make it more difficult to track the ball. For some, it is not a problem, but for others it is. If you find yourself hitting a lot of fly balls you may consider widening your stance to where you stride. Then you pick your foot up a put in back down in the same place. Your head/eyes should now stay on the same plane through the swing.
It appears to me that you are attempting to accomplishment what many are referring to as a "two planes swing." I wouldn't be one of those in that camp and so, I wouldn't have that as a teaching/coaching point. In doing so, you have many issues. For one, you would have trouble being "on time" on a pitched ball. Also, you appear to be uppercutting at the ball which really relates to needing a better kenetic chain on the swing. I don't prescribe a swing down on the ball approach but rather matching the plane of the ball approach. Finally, you block off you hips etc. by not rotating effectively on your back side. These are just a few observations. Hitting off of a tee isn't the best way to critique a swing. However, it is one tool. For a better evaluation, I suggest you film a game swing or two or ten. Everything here is JMHO and so, take it for what it is worth. My opinion and about $6 will get you an extra value meal at Micky D's.
Your elbow is to high. It's fine if you want to point your bat, but your elbow shouldn't be that high.

Youtube video sucks because you can't view it frame by frame. From what I could tell, you initiate your swing with the upperbody. Your hips are late and don't really rotate with enough force. Like I said it's hard to tell from youtube, but I'm pretty sure you are initiating your swing with the upperbody.
