Good point, but can't the coaches just postpone the game if its such a concern?
Yes, I think that they could if they wanted to, however, alot of the coaches don't really care if the kids are miserable or if they hurt their arms, they just want to get the games in. Just from what you have read about the number of pitches that some coaches let their pitchers throw, you can't think that they would cancel just because the weather is cold do you.

I agree bunch of stupid coaches just wantthe weather to be cold so they can ruin their pithers arms anyways
