What is a Fair rate opinion my teams will be playing in for Local Dallas area juco showcase events, 3 single college events vs our other squads also small texas jucos and 1 PG event I know most Dallas teams play max 5 events in fall so it's kinda hard to go off typical fees. Any suggestions will be grated appreciated. Was thinking around $1100

Actual Cost divided by number of players.
Or is there a profit motive?
The Gators is a non-profit baseball org, but to get good coaches, they need to be compensated. I don't think it is a profit motive, but the coaches should be paid some for their time and reimbursed for their travel.
Look at what the other comparable orgs charge and what value you deliver.
