The pitcher's mother used to post on the HSBBW when he was looking at colleges. Looks like he made a great choice in JHU.
I agree with your feelings. He made a number of very good/close pitches.
On the other hand, the Trinity hitters were very disciplined and did their job, each one of them.
The JHU 2nd baseman comes from our son's former high school and is a great story of a kid who just battled over 4 years and became the starting 2B after rarely playing his first two years.
There were no losers today on that field.
It froze in the middle of Sullivan's check swing. It could have been strike three.

Buffering .................

When I found out a friend's son is on the team a month ago I became a fan. I also met several nice parents when I watched them play three games one weekend. I was emotionally invested.
