In a nutshell, its about making sure that people that dont actually play the game - have their mouths and their keyboards taped shut.

My guess is my son wants to buy about a ton of duct tape - and spread it around - liberally. Mouths and keyboards - and the rest of the BS artists.

I know exactly what you are talking about. And when I read it I got goosebumps. I too know it when I see it. I lived it myself. And I have won a heck of alot of games with players that understood it. Its in the game - hell yes!

I’m sorry, but I don’t “get it” and don’t understand why y’all can’t just come out and say what ya mean. What I saw was that there was a shot at people who either don’t play or don’t coach and that they shouldn’t be allowed to express their opinions about the game like they were stupid, and it was very similar to a post made the other day that got deleted.

Scorekeeper there is no harm intended. To those that understand just what It's is talking about there is no explanation needed. To those that do not understand, you never will and that is not a knock on you at all. If it has to be explained to you it was not intended for you.

I look at things with a bit of a different slant. I recommend that you play the game because you love it, in spite of all of your negative experiences. Here is an excerpt from the FCA competitors creed, I think that the entire creed is worht a read to keep things in perspective:

In defense of iitg, no hidden secret encoded message. And I don't think a webster here since 2002 has to translate meanings of his/her posts. If you get it, fine, if not, move on. The post wasn't intended to insult anyone here.

I think what he is stating is that the only important results are those played out, IN THE GAME, not on paper, not in polls,not in written hype.And not beleiving and casting aside other's negative opinions makes for a great motivator.

In many ways.......

I'm so technologically stunted that I can merely fantasize about digital fantasy.

My 'single digit', that does all of my typing, only wishes it could get its teammates off their duffs and learn some typing skills...unfortunately, in a show of fingers, it keeps getting out-voted.

It can always dream...but I don't think its ever gonna' happen.
