A 2.0 pop time is definitely good enough to play college ball. How do you get there?
Many different thing enter into "getting there".
1. Grades (college is a educational institution -- not just a ball team)

2. There is more to being a "baseball player" than a 2.0 pop time and good blocking skills. Attitude, hustle, etc. We could write pages about this.

3. Be seen (and known). A good summer team, showcase, camps and just being in the mix provides exposure. Write letters, make phone calls, market yourself. Get your parent(s) involved. Remember, someone is ALWAYS watching you.

4. Stay in touch with the High School Baseball Web. There are many here that give great advice.

East Cobb is a great place to be seen. One of the reasons I say to get your parents involved is "exposure" has a price tag and the cost is not always indicative of the quality. If you decide to attend a showcase(s) be sure and research their reputation and pre-determine the amount of exposure you get for your $$s spent.
Best of Luck,
