Well, Cooperstown has a population of 2,032. I'll bet you can find lots of them that never played baseball.
It is the second part of the question that confuses me. I would love to find out if anybody knows let me know.

I am going with my answer based on what Bighit asked, name two people IN Cooperstown not invloved in baseball(not members).
Sorry, I always thought that "in Cooperstown" when spoken in baseball circles stood for member of hall of fame.
