try this, put your two middle fingers imbetween the two seams at the )11( then put your pointer finger bihind the seam m=middle fingers p=pointer finger, looks like this p)mm( instead of snapping your wrist pull it down to your leg to achieve 12 to 6 break. ive thrown it like this for four years with success. the three finger grip slows it down alot but gives it time to break more. mine is around 65 mph with around 2 to 3 feet of break. fool around with different grips and find one you are commfortable with

few tips. if you want to have more of a mike flanagan or slow curve plant your land/glove foot slightly to the right of center (RHP), shorten your stride. you'll get more loop from 3/4 and use nice long arm motion w/ snap 3/4. by landing across midline you get more break. plus you don't have to overthrow it. allows you to get more on top of the ball. lot of mlb'ers do this, esp lhp's with mid 80 fastballs.
