Here is a picture I made of an ice bath. The necessary parts are a container one can fit in (bath tub), and ice (from freezer, gorcery store, etc.). Place ice into the bath tub until there is enough to cover up to the neck. Sit in ice up to neck for 20-30 minutes, then you are done. Final results should look like the picture.
My picture didn't work, oh well. Maybe the fact I am in there for 20 minutes is why I find doing this so unbearable. Can someone else give us a number as to how long one should be in a tub of ice?
Isn't there a little thing called hypothermia? You all are talkin about 20 minutesd in 30 degree water--your body temp at the end has gotta be 5 or 10 degrees below normal, which certainly isn't a good thing.
