I have access to the fitness room in my school every Thursday. What is a good workout routine for baseball players in season. It needs to only last about 30 minutes as that is about how much time I have. If it helps, I am a catcher.

Also, what are your thoughts on in season bench press. I know it's bad for pitchers, but what about catchers?
