Indoor Pitching Mound

This may be more appropriate to post this on the pitching blog but I thought it would get more exposure here.

I would like to build an indoor mound and was wondering if anyone knew where (websites?) I could get some information on construction, instructions, dimensions, materials, helpful tips, etc...on building one. Any help would be appreciated.
