My Son was at a showcase this weekend. He ran the 60 and about halfway through he "tweaked" his hamstring and had to cruise through the last half resulting in a 7.2. He was showcaseing as an infielder, 3rd and MIF.
There were colleges there to see him at this event. He has turned in two 7.0 60's that are verifiable in the last 6 weeks.
He completed the remainder of the showcase in alot of pain but hid it well and actually performed his infielding very well and hit well also.
I don't think that anyone knew that he pulled his hamstring on the 60 and may conclude that he is too slow for MIF.
Should I let the Coach's who are (were) watching my Son know of his injury which resulted in his slower than normal time?
