My son had recently been struggling with what seemed to be a slight glute pull. After dealing with this for a while, we took him to a chiropractor. Gone in one session. Of course, he's been back every day to have her check his alignment, but for the most part, he can't even tell he was ever injured. Here's my concern. He has a PBR event this weekend from which they will put out the first state rankings for 2018's. We took him out last night to check things and he threw a 35 pitch bullpen almost back to full velocity and felt no pain whatsoever. However, I didn't risk having him sprint. He's not listed as a PO in this event, but also as an outfielder. Before he throws, he has to run the 60. I really would rather he not go full out in that. It might be fine, but I fear some re-aggrevation. Would you have him run it full out (he's no burner as it is), take something off, or explain to them the problem and beg off of the 60?

On another note (with some bragging at the same time), PBR put out a list of players to watch at this event, including him along with the quote that he "could not only be the top pitcher in the state at the 3A level but also the state." That's a lot to live up to. I'm glad the pressure is on him and not me.
