I'm not sure what you're asking.
When a batter is intentional put on first base.....no pitches. Is pitcher charged with a walk, when coach intentionally puts a kid on first? I know the batter receives it as a BB.
It is an intentional walk. An intentional walk is also a "walk" so the pitcher get's full credit for his walk.
Bottom line, don't get into a situation where your coach is putting guys on base...
