Baserunners on first and second with two outs. Umps and base coaches thought count was 3-2 (actual count on the batter was 2-2). Runners are on the move and pitch was a ball and batter takes first. Other coach says 2-2 and umps confer and agree. They bring batter back. They also sent the runners back to their original bases. Is that the correct call? Next pitch was a strike so it did not effect outcome.
