Interference

The call was correct. If the ball bounces off a fielder and it hits the runner he won't be called out. However, if another fielder has a play then the runner has to allow him the chance to field it. If it had hit the F4 and bounced forward and he had to chase it, then he loses his right to the baseline.

The fielder is protected if he is in the act of fielding a deflected (by another fielder) batted ball. In the act of fielding means he is positioning himself to field the ball rather than chasing after it.

INT was the correct call IMO.

Guys, sounds good. I had no interest in either team there. Just thought it was an interesting play and I thought it looked funny so I thought I'd throw it out there.
