I've been using IScore this season. Eight games in and it works well. I have not tried any other apps. IScore's been great w/ customer experience; they have a few youtube demos and responsive message board & FAQ. www.fasterthanmonkeys.com/iscore
I use the iScore app as well and love it. Everyone comes to me for the score at the game, even the teams official scorer.
THE BIGGEST advantage of this app is that there is a feature called SCORECAST where people at home can log in and "watch" the game in real-time. As you score it, it updates their server, and folks that have logged in can "watch" the game. Had the grandparents of my step-son do that very thing last night, and they thanked me for doing it. Also, my sister had surgery but was able to keep up with the game via the Twitter updates.
This is the BEST $10 application that I've EVER bought! Keeps pitch counts, pitch location (if you are able to chart that), hitter spray charts (the coach asked me to start sitting in the dug out so he can call his pitches because of this), plus keeps the total running stats on the season.
I HIGHLY recommend this App if you enjoy scoring baseball and enjoy baseball stats.
For Android users, there's finally a scorecard app in the market now, too, called 6-4-3 Baseball Scorecard. It doesn't do spray charts like iScore, but it does do pitch counts & stats and stays much closer to the paper-and-pencil scorecard feel.
