Right now, prior to the July 1 contact date, can a college coach visit a high school and have an '09 player do a private workout for him on the baseball field during school hours?

It is not legal for a NCAA school to do this
In fact the only NCAA schools who can work out kifs are the D-II schools and the workout has to be done on their campus and not during the players HS season
