My son has been contacted by a D1 that wants to present an offer, but they are asking for him to apply and submit our financial information so they can determinate what the total financial package would be.
This is a private school that funds about six scholarships
but have a reputation of being generous with grants and financial aid. My question is it normal to ask the player to submit his application before the school can make the total offer?
