Is my swing and pujols swing alike?

Considering that anyone could just pose to look like that I can't say. I will say that your legs are not even close to the position that his are in the photo.

His back leg is at what 80 degrees flexion and yours is about 110. His front knee is locked straight yours is bent.

no, that was not a pose.. it was an accual swing i took a picture of it off a video camera of the swing paused in that exact point

point is it is a photo, you need video to see what the swing is like mechanically.

Don't worry about rotational or linear, who cares what it's called...just do it.

I think it's good that you're using MLB hitters to study off of..but there is an aspect of having your own style and what's comfortable and works for you. Being an exact clone of Pujols is good if you hit well like Pujols. Maybe it does work for you, but it doesn't work for everybody.
