Coach Wolforth's programs have helped quite a few players.
Coach and his wife Jill are good people, I had the opportunity to work for Coach Wolforth about 5 years ago, but could not because of other obligations. His programs are great.
There are several guys, at least, on this site who use Wolforth's 'Athletic Pitcher' program. My son uses it and his gains over the past 1.5 years have been substantial. As with anything, though, it's not a magical elixir, and you would need to work hard on the program to get the desired results. I think it's a great program.
The pitching coach that worked with both my sons, a well-regarded full time pitching instructor for many years, now incorporates Wolforth's velocity enhancement techniques into his programs. That to me is the baseball equivalent of the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.
I ahve been using woolfoths program with a few kids for about 1.5 years now and very happy wtih the results. I also went to one of his 3 day clinics to make sure we were doing the program correctly. If you do this program wrong you could hurt the player. Just like weight training incorrectly. If you do it right you will have good results with velocity and also as importantly with arm care. They tell me their arms have never felt better. The coach and his staff are also pretty good at answering questions.
