Is there a place to see what the number of scholarships offered by

certain schools.

I understand the number that they can offer, but is there a place the shows the numbers that are offered by schools.
Example;
Does school A offer 7.5 but school B offers 9?

I never found this information. Some conferences have minimum's, (I believe for example the Big West is 10) but for this information you generally have to ask.
