everyone I am sorry for being rude whenever I was. I have lost 10 pounds and built some muscle because in fall I COULD MAYBE HIT OUT OF THE INFIEWLD BUT NOW I CAN HIT WAY FARTHER I TRIED IT WHEN I WENT TO GO SIGNUP FOR BASEBALL. AND NOW THAT I CAN THROW FASTER HIT HARDER I NEED TO FOCUS SPEED I WANT TO KNOW IS THIS GOOD FOR FITNESS ROUTINE CASE I HAVE THREE WEEKS TILL TRYOUTS FOR 12U SO DO YALL THINK THIS IS GOOD ROUTINE
45 MINUTES ON TREADMLL AND WORKOUT BIKE AT GYM.
1 0R 2 MILES ON MY REGULAR BIKE AROUND THE BLOCK THEN 30 NINUTES PLAY BASKETBALL THEN 30 MINUTES HITTING AND PITCHING IF THERE IS ANYTHING TO ADD OR SOMETHING I COULD THANKS FOR HELP.
