im 14 yr old and this is my summer training session i swing a 30 ounce bat with a 25 ounce batting weight 50 times a day. then i practice for 30min-60min with a yellow ball with 6 points to help my agility and hand eye cordination for groundballs. then i lift weights three times a week. is this good workout session.
